chore: remove all OpenClaw integration from dotfiles 🔥

Browse source 
OpenClaw is no longer used. Removes flake inputs (nix-openclaw,
openclaw-documents), overlays, home-manager modules, config files,
docs, and related TODO/gitignore entries.
